About Jim is an experienced digital transformation delivery architect and advisor with over 25 years’ experience. He works with senior client staff at Cx level to define and manage the approach, development of solution options, identifying and reviewing key risks and engagement with key stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions. He has taken a key role in architecture governance groups and has achieved a reputation for being a cool head and ensuring pragmatic solutions are identified and accepted. He has fulfilled both vendor and client architecture positions as well as project management roles to develop enterprise architecture and spatial strategies for a range of public and private sector clients. He is particularly experienced in delivering viable roadmaps to achieve the desired future state. His experience covers public and energy utility sectors.

About Sarah is an experienced coach and facilitator, working with leaders to build change and transformation strategies from initial scope and analysis , to redesign and implementation. She is an expert at creating sustainable change and continuous improvement. Sarah has worked across contact centres, field services, financial brokers and advisers, back-office operations, H.R and recruitment, technology & digital and across a wide range of public sector services, from libraries to citizenship, building and resource consents to housing and social services. With over 15 years’ experience in transformation and change she as worked with service organisations from 200 to 25,000 employees, across New Zealand, Australia and the U.K.
